daily wages basis along with regular scale of pay service rendered by the petitioner from 07.08.2009 till 31.05.2018 with all consequential benefits.

The petitioner, a Plot Watcher in the Forest Range office has filed this writ petition, seeking a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to count half of his service rendered by the petitioner on daily wage basis along with his regular service for the purpose of pensionary benefits.

2.Today( 06.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to a proceedings of the Accountant General, Chennai in P21/12126222/4/R2126222, dated 24.03.2023 submits that the entire pensionary benefits have already been settled to this petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has already been settled with the entire pensionary benefits, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
