This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of petitioner's online complaint dated 06.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the complaint dated 06.02.2025 to the respondent police as against the 3rd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.125 of 2025 was considered and closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass order in this petition.

5. Since the petitioner's complaint was already considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Today the copy of the closure report is served to the petitioner's counsel. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner know to law, if he is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint.
