[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review application has been filed against the judgment dated 06.11.2019 passed in W.A(MD)No.1146 of 2019.

2.The issues relating to Persons Studied in Tamil Medium quota, have been elaborately considered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the writ appeals filed by the State were allowed and the writ petitions were dismissed.

3.Perusal of the grounds raised in the review application are relating to the merits which were already considered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the same cannot be re-adjudicated in a review proceedings. Re-adjudication of merits are impermissible. Scope 2/4

of review cannot be expanded to re-write the judgment. 4.Thus, the petitioner has not made out any acceptable ground for the purpose of entertaining the review application. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
