The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and fix four boundaries of the petitioner's property and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. I find that the petitioner has made an online application for such exercise on 25.01.2025 and thereafter, given a representation on 11.03.2025. The petitioner also seeks for the assistance of the 4th respondent officials in view of the objections of neighbouring land owners. 2/5

In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to proceed to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 25.01.2025, after giving advance notice to the petitioner, the 4th respondent as well as other neighbouring objecting land owners, including Jeyamurugan. In the event of there being any objections to the survey, such objections shall be first considered and decided before survey is proceeded with. The 4th respondent officials shall also accede to any request made by the 2nd respondent for adequate police protection. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
