ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SANTHA KUMARESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.MURUGANANDAM,Additional Government Pleader, on behalf of the Respondents Nos.1 and 2, and of M/S.S.MANOHAR,Advocate for the 3rd respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the submissions.

2. Interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall pay arrears of revised lease amount, as on today, in three equal monthly instalments. The 1st instalment should be paid on or before 17.11.2016, 2nd instalment should be paid on or before 17.12.2016 and the 3rd instalment should be paid on or before 17.01.2017. It is made clear that any amount paid by the petitioner is subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition.

2. Further, the petitioner shall continue to pay the revised lease amount and if the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the revised lease amount, he is at liberty to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.

3. If the petitioner commits any default in payment, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court and the third respondent is at liberty to initiate proceedings to evict the petitioner as per law. sd/- 18/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
