ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.58 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police station within a time framed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the case was registered in the year 2023 and they have recorded the statements from three witnesses and some of the witnesses are yet to be examined and they need some more time to file the final report. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent police shall also ensure that the final report is taken on file by the concerned Court within in a period of two weeks therefrom. 13.06.2024 NCC :
