ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to forbear the respondent authorities from permitting the third respondent from setting up power loom at the petition mentioned residential premises.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the local body clarified that the third respondent has not installed any power loom in his premises. The third respondent can run his business only by adhering to the parameters laid down by the Pollution Control Board and the local body. If the same is violated, it is open to the authorities to take appropriate remedial action. With this direction to the local body, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No MGA 2/4
