The petitioner has sought inclusion of his name in the patta based on his representation, dated 18.03.2025. The petitioner has relied on the judgment of the competent Civil Court in O.S.No.43 of 2007 before the Sub Court, Kulithalai as well as the judgment and decree in the appellate Court in A.S.No. 11 of 2012 by judgment and decree, dated 17.04.2013 on the file of the District Judge, Karur. It is only on the basis of the proceedings that have attained finality before the competent Courts, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.03.2025 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the pattadhars in whose name patta already been mutated need not be heard since I find that they have all been parties to the litigation which has attained 2/4
finality.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
