Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to open any new TASMAC shop is situated in survey No.94/1D at Andipatti Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District and also directing the respondents not to open any TASMAC shop in the petitioner's Village. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuing a mandamus to the respondents not to open any new TASMAC shop in Survey No.94/1D at Andipatti Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The District Manager filed a counter affidavit indicating that they have closed the shop situated at Survey No.94/1D, Andipatti Village. According to the TASMAC, there is no proposal to relocate the shop in the very same property. 3.In view of the submission made on behalf of the TASMAC, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.7882 of 2017 is closed.
