Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- and to furnish sureties before the concerned Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties and to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-. Due to the present pandemic situation, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties and to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3733 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17919 of 2021 dated 22.03.2022.
