Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8119 of 2021, dated 29.06.2021.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 09.07.2021.

4.Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 09.07.2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8119 of 2021, dated 29.06.2021, is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
