ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the process of investigation and file a final report within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and the final report has also been made ready. Now it is pending before the Director Office for getting final approval. After getting the approval, the final report will be filed before the learned Magistrate concerned and he seeks two months time for the same.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the fact that the final report will be filed before the learned Magistrate concerned immediately after getting approval from the Director Office, this Court is inclined to grant two months time to the second respondent.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and two (2) months time is granted to the second respondent to file the final report before the learned Magistrate concerned.
