ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a suit challenging the sale deed executed by the fifth respondent in favour of the sixth respondent. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. 29.04.2025 NCC :
