ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the respondent into the credit of M.C.O.P.No.222 of 2021 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court dealing with MCOP Cases, Tirunelveli. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- from the compensation amount, which has already been deposited by the Insurance Company in M.C.O.P.No.222 of 2021 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court dealing with MCOP Cases, Tirunelveli. 4.Accordingly, this petition stands ordered.
