The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property in line with his representation dated 08.11.2023. The petitioner, based on the patta mutated in her name has sought for survey to be conducted in order to ascertain her four boundaries.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the application having been made way back in 08.11.2023, till date, no steps have been taken.
3.Considering the pendency of the petitioner's survey application from 08.11.2023, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application in accordance with law, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
