The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.04.2017 and consequently, survey the petitioner's land by fixing the four boundary situated in Survey No.335/4B, 0.9.50 (23 cents), Nakkalapatty Village (Madharai), Usilampatty Taluk, Madurai District.
2.According to the petitioner, he became the absolute owner of the property by virtue of a registered sale deed, dated 30.01.2003 registered as document No.131/2003 and subsequently, he made an application to the 3rd respondent on 24.04.2017 to survey the property and to lay boundary stones. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on records.
4.Considering the nature of the prayer sought in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.04.2017 and pass suitable orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the necessary parties, if any.
