O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to take necessary action upon his complaint dated 24.03.2025 through online on the file of the 1st respondent 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the complaint of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police and today, the copy of closure report also served to the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this petition is closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
