O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision in its proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3029593/2025/A6, dated 24.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.G.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6. 2/6

3. The petitioner herein filed an application before the second respondent seeking issuance of patta in his name. The said application has been rejected by the second respondent by an order dated 20.01.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred a revision before the first respondent on 17.02.2025 and the same was taken on file in Na.Ka.No. 3029593/2025/A6 on 24.02.2025. The same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking the above mentioned prayer.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the revision proceedings pending before the first respondent will be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision pending on his file in Na.Ka.No. 3029593/2025/A6 and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
