RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.9673 of 2022 dt.1.6.2022 by directing the Petitioner to report before the Dindigul Town North Police Station,Dindigul District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUDHARANI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9673 of 2022 on 01.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing at Dindigul District and the present case is pending before the Kadambur Police Station, Thoothukudi District. Hence, he could not travel from Dindigul to Thoothukudi District and report before the respondent police daily and he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.7036 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9673 of 2022 on 01.06.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
