RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.7402/2022 dated 21.04.22 in regarding with directing the petitioner report before the respondent police for 30 days. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7402 of 2022, dated 21.04.

2022, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty days. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
