Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide water connection to the petitioner's residential house situated at 19, Sekkadi Street, Thirumalai Rayapuram, Sri Ramapuram Post, Dindigul District on the basis of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 19.02.2019 within a time as may be fixed by this Court.
