: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct the survey, demarcate and fix stone in respect of my Survey No.228/2 in Plot Nos.9 & 10 for an extent of 4800 sq feet situated at Kundoor village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District based on the petitioner's online application dated 19.02.2025, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey, demarcate and fix four boundaries stones in respect of Plot No.9 and 10 comprised in Survey No.228/2 in Plot Nos.9 & 10, measuring 4800 sq.ft. situated at Kundoor village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner has made an online application in this regard on 19.02.2025.

2.Though the learned Additional Government Pleader would invite my attention to the joint patta in Patta No.2834, standing in the name of 18 persons, since the request of the petitioner is only limited to two plots namely 9 and 10, in S.No.228/2, a direction is issued to the respondents to first identify the two plots 9 and 10 and if it is identified then, survey shall be conducted and orders passed, disposing of the petitioner's survey application. However, if the plots are not identifiable on ground, then notice shall be issued to the co-pattathars and final decision be taken in this regard, after conducting due enquiry. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of 2/5

receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
