Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.96 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported 31 cements bags of river sand. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent submits that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner, which are similar in nature.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering that the petitioner is having four similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
