The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to effect subdivision and issue separate patta to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The petitioner has made necessary application on 18.04.2025 seeking subdivision and transfer of patta based on a registered sale deed in his favour, dated 28.03.2024.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 18.04.2025 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
