This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, in Cr.M.P.No.5286 of 2016 dated 18.01.2017, against the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the warrant has been executed as against the second respondent and that the steps have been taken to produce the accused before the concerned Court today. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands closed.
