Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned orders passed by the third respondent dated 03.03.2025 in Application reference Nos.200071430325264 and 200071430325269 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to give electricity service connection to the houses of the petitioner bearing Door Nos.1/126 and 1/126/1. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the impugned orders passed by the third respondent, dated 03.03.2025 and consequently to direct the third respondent to give electricity service connection to the houses of the petitioner bearing Door Nos.1/126 and 1/126/1.

2. It is noticed that under similar circumstances, this Court by order, dated 12.06.2025 in WP(MD)No.15858 of 2025, directed the respondents to grant electricity connection to the petitioner therein.

3. The facts of the case are almost identical to the facts of the present case. Therefore, the respondent is directed to grant electricity connection to the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to the petitioner complying with the other requirements. 2/4

4. The writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
