Heard both sides.
2. The impugned order was passed dated 06.06.2018 cancelling the petitioner's father's patta without issuing any notice. Since violation of the principles of natural justice is apparent, it is set aside. The matter is remitted to the file of the second respondent. The second respondent will issue fresh notice to the parties concerned and thereafter take a call.
