Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has purchased the property in S.No.212/10A through a registered sale deed dated 06.02.2012. The fourth respondent has no right over the property is making frequent trouble to the petitioner. Hence, he made a complaint to the third respondent. The third respondent advised the fourth respondent not to make any further trouble. Inspite of that, the trouble continues. Hence, this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10283 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.271 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, petitioner has given a statement to the effect that with regard to the dispute of the land, they will resolve the issue before the elders of their village. Based on which, the enquiry was closed on 08.07.2021.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
