This petition is filed to modify the condition No.1 of the order dated 03.05.2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge in 1/5

Crl.M.P.No.1513 of 2023 in Crime No.85 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that in the same crime number in Cr.No.85 of 2023, on 04.05.2023, this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.8529 of 2023, a sum of Rs.15,000/- was ordered to be deposited to the credit of this crime number. Wherein one of the accused namely Muthaiah, the petitioner herein, filed bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.1513 of 2023. The learned Sessions Judge, Pudukottai has ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- in the name of the District Collector, Pudukkottai District, Indian Overseas Bank, Pudukkottai Branch Code.No.0072, Bank A/c No. 007201000064822. IFSC Code IOBA0000072. MICR: 622020002. The petitioner seeks the condition to be modified.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that four Tractors are said to have been involved in the offence. 2/5

Considering the fact that an amount of Rs.15,000/- is already ordered to be deposited, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1513 of 2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) in the name of District Collector, Pudukkottai District( Indian Overseas Bank, Pudukkottai Branch Code.No.0072, Bank A/c No.007201000064822. IFSC Code IOBA0000072. MICR: 622020002). All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
