Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned records of the third respondent pertaining to his notification for recruitment to the post of Office Assistant published in Tamil Daily namely "Daily Thanthi", dated 17.07.2018 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful consequently direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as Office Assistant in the existing vacancies within a time frame fixed by this Court.
