O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The petitioner is said to have cheated the private respondents herein by taking money from them on the promise of obtaining free house site patta for them. The private respondents are said to have given a complaint before the second respondent. The case is pending at the C.S.R. stage.

3.The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register any FIR, the petitioner shall be put on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10810 of 2020 notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 4.With this direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
