This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to grant adequate protection to the petitioner and other temple trustees, life and liberty for putting up compound wall and for fencing the temple lands in Survey No. 590/3, Achanthavilthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, belonging to Arulmighu Sree Matha Angala Parameshwari Amman Temple of the said village, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents Page No. 2 of 5

would submit that they have not received the petitioner's complaint so far. If the petitioner gives fresh complaint, they will consider the same, in accordance with law.

3. Since the receipt of the complaint of the petitioner is denied by the respondents and the petitioner has not produced any proof to show that the complaint of the petitioner was received by the respondents, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the third respondent by way of filing fresh complaint and after receipt of the complaint, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties and dispose of the same without any delay. Accordingly, ordered.

4. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
