Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the Respondent No.3 to regularise the services of the petitioners as Junior Tranining Officers notationally and to disburse the consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P (MD) No.2532 of 2020, dated 10.02.2020 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2020 was considered and order has been passed by the respondent/Director of Department of Employment. Based on the above said order, the service of the petitioner was regularized with effect from 14.09.2015.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same that the petitioner has given a representation for consequential https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.869 of 2020 benefits also and the same was not considered by the respondent. Hence, still the contempt is continuing.

4. While passing the order on 10.02.2020, this Court has not issued any positive direction and only directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order.

5. As per the direction of this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2020 and passed the order. If the petitioner is still having any other grievances, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law.
