This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.292 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.The defacto complainant is one S.K.Sarvanan. He is present before this Court in person. He has been duly identified by the petitioners' counsel himself. The defacto complainant/Saravanan has also produced his Aadhar Card. A joint memo of compromise has also been filed. The defacto complainant does not want to pursue the complaint.
