Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner field this Writ Petition for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the O.A.No.30 of 2023 filed under Section 64 of TNHR&CE Act, 1959.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that O.A.No.30 of 2023 will be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Since the request of the petitioner is that there is a temple festival, which is to be held during the month of July 2024, the petitioner may move a suitable application for interim relief. Based on prima facie merits of the case, the Joint Commissioner may decide the case and pass interim orders. 2/4
