This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to give the patta to the petitioner with regard to the property in Palayam Village Survey Nos.136/2 and 14/1A1 to an extent of 1 acre 63 Cents and 1 acre 13 cents respectively, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
