Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The issue relates to payment of crop insurance amount. The third respondent has already disbursed the insurance amount to the petitioner's account. It appears that the fourth respondent had given up her objections and had decided to contest the matter before the Civil Court. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
