: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the fourth and fifth respondents to ensure the petitioner and his villagers for celebrate the Annadhanam and Abishegam in Sree Kaman Temple at Midhilaipatty, Pudukkottai District which is schedule on 07.11.2018 on the strength of peace committee findings dated 24.07.2018 based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2018. *********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of

mandamus directing the fourth and fifth respondents to ensure the petitioner and his villagers to celebrate the Annadhanam and Abishegam in Sree Kaman Temple at Midhilaipatty, Pudukkottai District which is scheduled on 07.11.2018 on the strength of peace committee findings dated 24.07.2018 based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Though the petitioner sought for larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending representations dated 08.10.2018 and 15.10.2018 may be directed to be considered by the fourth respondent.

4. We find that the rival group has not been arrayed as a party in this writ petition. Further, the petitioner has approached this Court at last moment. Taking note of the grievances expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the fourth respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action after giving due notice to the group belonging to the petitioner and the rival group. Needful in this regard shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
