ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 195(A), 214 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

Due to the same, on her instructions, other police persons, one advocate conducted the defacto complainant to withdraw the complaint and also they paid Rs.5,00,000/- to him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

4.In view of the serious allegations as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
