PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the property of the fifth respondent Temple at Survey No.819/1 measuring 01.97.5 hectares situated at Seithunganallur Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner and the Villagers to construct compound wall to the land of the Temple in order to avoid future encroachments.
