2. By an order dated 11.05.2023 this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.573 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.852 dated 04.12.2023 with a request of two months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 11.05.2023 made in C.R.P(MD)No.1235 of 2023.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by two months to comply with the order dated 11.05.2023, without any further delay.
