The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conclude the proceedings in O.Mu.E2889134/ 2025/A3 of the 2nd respondent for grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Old S.No.19/3B, New S.No.19/4B situated at Vittamapatti Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.Heard Mr.S.Sekar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious conclusion of the proceedings before the second respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conclude the proceedings in O.Mu.E2889134/ 2025/A3 after giving due opportunity to the parties concerned and pass final orders on merits and 2/42/4

in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
