Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to withdraw the look out circular, dated 25.11.2016 in number unknown enabling him to appear before this Court on 16.06.2017 for mediation as requested by the petitioner in his representation dated 27.05.2017 within a time frame as fixed by this Court and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, has addressed a communication, dated 03.06.2017 to the Commissioner of Police for recalling the LOC issued against the petitioner. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed with a further direction to the respondents to take necessary steps for recalling the LOC, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
