This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.355 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. 1/3
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.04.2025 to 28.04.2025.
