ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the second and third respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner availed loan from the third respondent. He claims that he has repaid the same and yet he is being harassed. The petitioner wants this Court to give a direction to RBI to take action in this matter. In a case of this nature, this Court will not be justified in issuing any direction. The other remedies open to the petitioner can very well be availed. With this liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
