This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the Judgment of the passed by the II Additional District Judge, Thanjavur, in C.A.No.96 of 2021 dated 18.03.2022, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in STC.No.153 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court)|, Thanjavur, dated 30.03.2021.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of the Court and the same was affirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Since the matter has been settled out of the Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
