This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to grant extension of time for a period of one year with effect from 17.02.2016 so as to pass appropriate orders and to disburse all retirement benefits to the respondent/petitioner as the directions of this Court by its Order dated 27.10.2015 made in W.P. (MD) No.3226 of 2013. Prayer in WP(MD). 3226/ 2013 :
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondents resulting in the 1st Respondents impugned order dated 30.06.2008 passed in GO(D) No.226, Cooperation Food and Consumer Protection (CD2) Department dated 30.06.2008 and consequential communication of the 2nd Respondents dated 30.06.2008 issued in Endt.Rc.No. 154648/2007/ P A 2(4) and quash the same in so far as it affects the petitioner and direct the Respondents to pay the Death cum Retiremental Benefits and all other dues and regular pension etc., with eligible interest and pass such further or other orders.
