RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8847 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SATHIYANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUSAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.8847 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.8847 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4908 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.8847 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., once in a week until further orders.
