2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3020 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
