Heard Mr. V.Kannan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. N.Anandkumar, Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights to take appropriate action in accordance with law to have the assessment for four shop buildings under four assessment numbers instead of 12 assessment numbers in the Petitioner's complex.
